Found this punctured loads..about 3 different punctures and only me that went in it..lasted about 3 weeks then broke..perservered with it but now keeps deflating..dissapointed..a very large pool though.also noone came to collect when i wanted to return it so paid £10 for postage…hoping i get this paid back.

Received, looked perfect, no damage to box.
Inflated with my own pump. Started to fill with water, air leaked out. Searched and searched for leak to no avail.
Contacted the company Bestway, on the advice of Amazon. Number provided did not connect. Emailed company. As no response was received from company. I sent back to Amazon.
Gutted as it looked brilliant. But I guess looks are not everything!!

Read the reviews and felt a bit nervous about ordering checked lots of inflatable pools but couldn’t settle on one so finally took the plunge.
Felt like a bit of a risk considering quite alot of reviews say it deflates fast ect
But we’ve used it twice and both times it’s stayed fully inflated, we’ve had it up three days now and have had absolutely no loss of inflation to any part of the pool.
It’s nice and spacious and my other half loves the cupholders for his drinks, the kids love the little inbuilt seats…. However they’re more suitable for kids anyway as a bit uncomfortable for adults.
Honestly if I hadn’t been for the fact that buying it felt like such a risk, I’d probably have given this an extra star (five stars if the seats had been bigger haha) but it’s quite expensive for what it is, so I’d of been absolutely heartbroken had it of torn or deflated fast. I can completely see why they’d star it poorly in those circumstances.
I shouldn’t feel ‘lucky’ when purchasing something that ends up working, I should be able to have confidence that anything that does go wrong, is likely an unusual fault – they do happen after all

We bought this as a good compromise between a tiny kiddies paddling pool and a big sturdy pool. Happily fits a couple of adults and a few kids. Not easy for younger kids to get into because it is quite high but age 5+ were fine. Husband loves the cup holder. I think he may have spent more time in the pool than the kids. We have an electric pump to inflate it, wouldn’t attempt with a hand pump because it would take forever to fill. Filling from the hose pipe also did take a long time as it is wide and deep. But a great purchase for summer

This product came straight out the box and onto grass, next morning the bottom ring was almost down which indicates to me it was punctured before I took it out box, Best way now saying its NOT covered in warrenty(damaged goods) goods returned to Amazon, won’t be going near any of their goods again, very poor..

First use. Went to empty it. The pool ripped! Need to send it back but no idea how on Earth I’ll get it back in the box!!! Raging!!

This was the second one of these I bought, as unfortunately the mice made a bed out of the one I bought last year. I used this one in the hot weather around the middle of June, and it was brilliant. The weather turned, so we emptied it and I stored it away somewhere safe, where animals couldn’t get to it. When the weather got better again I inflated it, but it had a slow puncture. No idea why, nothing had happened to it. Contacted the seller, as we’d only used it once before this happened and they refused to do anything about it. So not really worth the money for one use!!!

Absolutely gutted I received this on Monday I set it all up put water in it and when I got up in the morning the top had gone down and half of the water had came out!!!! I would like my money back!!! Or get sent a new one!
